The precisionFDA calls upon the scientific and analytics communities to develop innovative and user-friendly approaches to improve the understanding of the relationship between personalized immune repertoires and COVID disease-relevant phenomena and their associated external factors by accurate interpretation of rapidly shared datasets in public databases, such as iRECEPTOR Gateway.

This precision immunology app-a-thon phase I will launch on Nov. 30, 2020 and end on Jan. 29, 2021. It comprises of two tracks:
– One for data scientists (immunology knowledge not required)
– The other specifically designed for computationally immunologists.

You are encouraged to participate in either or both track(s) to help our fight against COVID-19. Phase II is in planning stage that will task participants to create algorithms to incorporate the outputs from Phase I into clinically amenable formats. Please stay tuned for phase II details.

The deadline to submit your entry is January 29, 2021.
