As a part of our shipment tracking functionality, we want to track shipments from origin to destination for a given route and want to have cognitive intelligence that would forecast delays in the deliver based on traffic or wether patterns or any other disturbances like line closures. The model will need to take the current route (the shipments take a predefined route) and be able to align any delays based on the expected time of arrival at the point of disturbance.

The model will need to be exposed as a service that we can consume from our application to alert the users for potential shipment delays
