One of the large US based bank is looking for a RPA provider that can build a workflow based approach for their mortgage business process. RPA solution should bring in efficiency by reducing the number of manual steps required to onboard a customer. Out of the box RPA solutions are acceptable, however is looking for more flexible and customizable RPA solution.
