They’re facing severe issues with spoofing attacks aimed at their website to capture user information. They have also come across fake versions of their mobile apps that carry malicious code and, similar to the web platform, steal user information. They have seen attacks of this nature increase over a period of time and are looking to work with a company that can provide not only consulting services, but recommend appropriate products / solutions which can create a line of defense.
