Customer has indicated interest towards adopting an enterprise wide CRM system. They have not yet triangulated onto the vendor of choice but are in the process of evaluating their requirements and potential fits. The initiative is still in the early phases due to the lack of technology resources available in house for support and execution. The customer would like the CRM to be able to automate their admission and student management process starting from supporting new student prospecting activities through enrolling and record management.
