Construction – Commercial. They are primarily a window installation company that also does sun-roofing and siding. They do service calls for installations, services and warranties. Contact Management, Scheduling & Dispatch and Work Order Management. They are looking for customer management. They want to be able to track their contacts along with any interactions and work history. They are also looking for a mechanism that will allow them to assign jobs to the right workers and manage dispatching functions. They are looking for a daily scheduling features as well. Having the ability to create, execute and assign work orders is also desired. They want employers at corporate offices to see everything that their workers are doing.They prefer a SaaS based solution but are open to considering on-premise as well. They currently use Appointment Plus but it has a lot of bugs and they are looking for a system that is geared more towards customer service. They are looking for a better solution overall for the entire company.
