Commercial Equipment. Manufacturer of commercial and industrial equipment that services equipment on company sites. 50-75 total users, almost all of which are in the field. This buyer wants a system that will track issues with equipment, keep track of service schedules, help dispatch technicians, and create and track work orders. Currently using Excel to carry out FSM activities. Tracking information on as many technicians they’ve got in the field is a lot of work. They want to provide more organization to the system.
