Home Appliances / Electronics. Home appliance repair service. A little under 100 field users plus about 200 users in the office. This buyer wants a system that will provide mobile work orders on mobile devices, reporting to track tickets and closure rates, issue tracking, scheduling, service dispatching, service history reports for customers, and billing. They’d prefer Android devices but are open to iOS. They have a system that was developed in-house. They are in the middle of implementing SAP for accounting and are in need of a new FSM platform because their in-house systems are not performing well with the new SAP installation
