Contact Management, Billing / Invoicing, Scheduling & Dispatch and Work Order Management. They need to create and assign work orders when they receive a job. They need to be able to record the contact information for the client and dispatch their techs to their locations. The system needs to generate quotes and help them with billing. Each of the six franchise locations has a different method. They use PCs, but a few people at the company use Macs. Those that are not PC based would use programs like Bootcamp or Parallels. The corporate office has no way of monitoring the franchises. They want to be more organized and see the work orders and jobs for each of the franchises. They don’t have a way to communicate and assign jobs to the different locations. Conditioned for up to $8k for a manager’s license and $3k for a tech’s license. Also open to up to $100/user/month.
