Bidding requirement:
Solution provider has to submit POC for review, this POC will be tested with http://www.nseindia.com price,
the maximum delay would be 250 milisecond.
Detail level requirment would be shared after passing POC quality.
POC should be similar like www.google.com/finance or yahoo finance etc.
