Project Description

The client is currently evaluating a FSM solution to support their growing mobile staff. A semi0manual system currently handles all activities ranging from:
– Job realization & creation
– Workorder generation
– Workorder assignment
– Technician scheduling & dispatch
– Field inventory management
– Field job updates
– GPS tracking
– Billing & Invoice
– Customer management

The client has a particular interest in a system which will allow the user to track field staff and customer locations, via GPS. According to him, the implementation of this feature is a step closer towards their goal of enhanced and predictive customer servicing.

He also would like a system which has a robust billing & invoicing system, pre-built into the suite. There are multiple types of billing: 1. Partner 2. Customer, and the system should be able to handle both.

This is an urgent requirement
