Suntec Singapore is a member of SACEOS which provides flexible space of 42,000sqm for customizable meetings and conferences. The company handles a huge number of back-of-house (BOH) visitors including vendors, contractors and short-term staff.
The company is looking to develop a model to record the data of these BOH visitors in an efficient and secure way. The company wishes to have a system which can register, manage and authenticate the access of BOH visitors. The system should also be able to tracks their movement within the facility.
