The client would like the platform to be able to:

BUY SIDE:
1.) Let buyers post their requirements onto the platform
2.) Let the buyers filter suppliers based on parameters such as geography, revenue, experience, etc.
3.) Manage supplier bids

SELL SIDE:
1.) Allow sellers/suppliers to respond to buyer requirements via the platform
