A major partner of BizofIT is evaluating innovative IT Services companies to make significant investments in or acquire outright. BizofIT has been given the responsibility to research, filter, evaluate, and select curated technology companies who are interested in the proposition.
Criteria for Investment:

– Organization should have revenues of 1-10Mn USD/Year
– Should have an established customer base with predictable profitability
– Should be competitive in it’s own market
– Should have a well thought out growth strategy (sales, marketing, talent, markets, etc.)

Criteria for Acquisition:

– Revenue should be 1-10Mn USD/Anum
– Should have deep expertise in delivering Application, Infrastructure, or other consulting services by leveraging off shore teams
– Target company should complement current service portfolio
– should have a strong off-shore presence and infrastructure
– Has an established customer base
– Strong leadership with a clear growth strategy
