This Fortune 1000 Hi tech manufacturer houses about 50 tenants now and have decided to bring back the facilities maintenance operations in house. They would have around 10 maintenance staff managing the facility which is spread out over 5 miles.

Additional details:

Another vendor currently manages this, using the Maximo platform.  The company is evaluating Maximo and Service Now.

The expectation is to get as much of the functionality that Maximo has, within the platform.
