Customer is evaluating FSM suites. They currently use a home grown tool for scheduling and dispatching their technicians but require a more robust and simple product for service delivery. The system is reliant on the manual intervention of a Service Coordinator to monitor any scheduling conflicts, customer queries, rescheduling requests, part requests, etc. Hence, they would like the new FSM module to be able to perform all of those functions with minimal intervention from any individual. They require some fetaures like company directory, geo tracking, field work order updates, etc.
